Refunds & Returns Policy

At Buzz & Bloom, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All return shipping charges must be pre-paid by the customer.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method (such as Australia Post "Extra Cover") to protect against loss or damage during transit.
  • Buzz & Bloom is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return process.

Replacement & Refunds:

  • If you request a replacement, Buzz & Bloom will cover the cost of delivering your new product.
  • If you request a refund, you will be refunded the value of the item at the time of purchase.

For your security and peace of mind, please retain a receipt and tracking information for your return.
